Who you are buying from

Your purchase
The First 72 Hours complete digital pack costs £29 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. It contains a 55-page illustrated PDF, an 82-page large-print PDF, a 12-page printable workbook and an offline HTML reader. The total payable is shown before you confirm payment. Stripe processes your payment; we do not receive your full card number.
Delivery and access
After Stripe verifies payment, we email instructions to your checkout address. Enter that address at member sign-in to request a private one-time link. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. Sessions last up to seven days unless you sign out. Download and keep your own copies. Contact support if an email or file does not arrive or cannot be opened. Your purchase covers the supplied editions; future editions or updates are not promised. Hosted access is not a promise of perpetual online storage. If we plan to end hosted downloads, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to retain your files.
Personal household licence
You may read, save and print the pack for your own household and share copies within that household. You may keep copies on your household devices. Copyright remains with the rights holder. Do not resell, publicly upload, commercially distribute or repackage the paid files, or share member access outside your household. Separately labelled free resources may be shared as stated on them. Statutory copyright exceptions are unaffected.
Immediate downloads and cancellation
Our instant-access checkout asks you to expressly request supply before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your cancellation right is lost once supply begins. The consent box is not preselected. We record your acknowledgement against your purchase and repeat it in your confirmation email. If you do not agree, do not use the instant-access checkout; contact support to arrange supply after the cancellation period. Your statutory rights if content is faulty or not as described are unaffected.
Where a cancellation right remains, email support with your purchase email, order reference and a clear cancellation statement. You can use: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for [digital pack], ordered on [date], under [email/order reference]. My name and address are [details]. Date: [date].” You do not have to use that wording.
Problems, refunds and complaints
If files are corrupted, missing, inaccessible or not as described, tell us the problem and order reference. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by consumer law, including repair/replacement or a price reduction/refund where applicable. Any additional goodwill refund is discretionary and does not replace statutory rights. Refunds use the original payment method. Refunded or disputed orders may have hosted download access suspended while the position is resolved. We do not use a blanket “no refunds” rule.
About the material

Your consumer rights
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or access to the courts available where you live. Contact hello@ukprepkit.co.uk with complaints. We will acknowledge and investigate them.
